who are we
VOCO is an EdTech Startup based in Cape Town, South Africa. We work to combat youth unemployment by partnering with South African youth to bring them career guidance, skills development opportunities and market access through global corporate partnership.
Born from a place of discouragement for the difficulty in understanding how to find, access and use all the educational opportunities available as a young South African, VOCO’s all in one platform (currently in development) does just that.

Platform Development
The VOCO platform is in development. We’re actively surveying schools and tertiary institutions across all the different income groups to ensure our platform targets all the key issues our young people are facing
Corporate Partnerships
We work closely with companies to tailor solutions that align with their business goals and social responsibility commitments. By partnering with us, your company can engage with youth through targeted initiatives and opportunities. We help you build a strong talent pipeline and enhance your brand’s social impact.
Skills Development Partnerships
VOCO collaborates with skills development programs to enhance their pipeline intake, optimize resource utilization, and secure program accreditation. Our partnerships ensure that these programs meet industry standards and effectively prepare participants for the job market.
Employability Workshops
If you’re a young person with a business in the Delft area, or even just thinking about starting a business, you’re welcome to pop into our entrepreneurship workshop on a Saturday morning! Contact us for time and location.
Low Cost Tutoring
At R35 per month, the VOCO Tutor Academy offers 3 worksheets, 1 exam paper, 2 FAQ videos on questions submitted from students and 1 monthly live exam class. Available for Grade 11 Math & Physics students.
